Nipun Panchal is President and Founder of Articon Hotel Services, a nationally recognized leader in hotel furniture, fixtures, equipment, and development.
Nipun owns multiple Marriott hotel properties and has over 16 years of hospitality experience spanning operations, renovations, new construction, branding, procurement, and innovation.
He has developed and renovated over $400 million worth of hotel projects. Nipun previously served as an Engineering Manager at Motorola, managing a large team of IT engineers globally. He holds a BS in Physics and MS in Computer Engineering from Loyola University Chicago, as well as specialized certifications in entrepreuership, accounting, and business ethics.
Nipun’s unique vision and expertise in technology, construction, and hospitality led him to co-found Articon, which delivers turnkey solutions to hotel clients.
Mike Cohen boasts over 45 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He served as Senior Vice President of Bricton Group, a leading Chicago-based hotel management company, for over 25 years.
Mike has successfully operated multiple hotel companies as COO, representing premier brands including Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt. He has developed, built, and renovated over $500 million worth of hotel properties.
Prior to co-founding Articon, Mike served as Chairman of the Illinois Lodging Association’s Executive Committee for 10+ years. He has generated significant profits for hotels through operational streamlining, marketing strategies, and a focus on guest satisfaction.
With expertise spanning hotel operations, development, branding, and renovations, Mike plays a crucial leadership role at Articon. He provides keen insights on delivering exceptional service and quality to hotel clients.
